Inspired by a Master of All Trades
In Irish mythology, Lugh of the Long Hand was a heroic figure known above all as the master of every skill. He was the ultimate craftsman, warrior, and leader. When he sought to join the court of the gods, he was asked what skill he possessed. He listed them one by one, only to be told they already had a master of each. His reply was simple: "But do you have any one man who is a master of all of them?" They did not, and he was welcomed in.

The Person Behind the Process
Jacob is an Arkansas native who has spent his career finding clarity in chaos. For 17 years, he navigated nearly every role in the food and beverage industry—a fast-paced world that forged his adaptability, diplomatic nature, and an uncommon ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
He founded The Long Hand Collective after discovering he's most effective working behind the scenes, creating the systems and providing the support that empowers others to achieve their goals. His focus is on serving the creative and passionate leaders of Central Arkansas, clearing away the operational minutia so they can facilitate collaboration and move their vision forward.
